We treat your pet friends like our best friends and even provide an on-site dog walk. We both allow cats and dogs, with a maximum of up to two pets per home. Per pet deposit: $500. Per pet monthly fee: $50. Some dog breeds, including pit bull/Staffordshire terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Akitas, and wolf-hybrids are restricted by community regulations.
